About

Camping Frontier is a practical, encouraging resource for people who want to become more capable campers and enjoy richer time outdoors, whether you are pitching your first tent or perfecting your campfire cooking.

Camping Frontier begins where the vehicle stops: setting up camp, choosing gear, building outdoor skills, cooking outdoors, staying comfortable and camping responsibly. Our promise is to help you camp confidently, comfortably, responsibly and enjoyably.

Camping Frontier is run by Bob Moore and is part of the Frontier family alongside The Homestead Frontier and Campers Frontier.

How we work

We write in plain language, test what we can, and say so when something is our opinion. When we recommend a product we explain why, and we disclose affiliate links. See our Editorial Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.
